We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before reaching out.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- Tags still attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Apparel (Hoodies, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Dresses, Suits, etc.)
- Must be unworn and unwashed
- Tags must be attached
- Must be free of odors, stains, or signs of wear
Shoes & Footwear
- Must be unworn and unscuffed
- Must be returned in original shoe box and packaging
- Shoes showing any signs of wear on the sole or upper will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items and final sale purchases
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Email us at Support@GodsChildWear.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
How to Start a Return
- Email Support@GodsChildWear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
