How do I care for my fabulous new threads?

Great question! Treat your new apparel like the precious gems they are! Wash them inside out in cold water, and avoid the tumble dryer like it’s a bad date. Hang them up to dry, and they’ll be looking divine for ages!

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Refunds only! We have a 14-day return policy because we believe in second chances (and third, and fourth!). Just make sure your item is unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. If it’s not working out, just Email Us!

What if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong one?

Oh no! That’s like finding a sock in the dryer that doesn’t match! Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if something’s amiss. We’ll swoop in like superheroes to make it right!
