Refund policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items that are worn, washed, or altered
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

6. Exchanges

7. Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
